Before then he was a Principal at Boston Consulting Group in Toronto, where he advised clients in the financial services, consumer products, technology, media and telecommunications and healthcare sectors. With BCG much of his work was at the intersection of strategy, operating model and organizational transformation. Stephen started his career as an attorney, where he practiced corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions at Simpson Thacher &amp; Bartlett LLP and clerked at the Court of Appeal for Ontario.<\\\/p>\\n<p>He holds an LL.B. and B.C.L. from McGill University, an M.A. from University of Toronto and a B.A. from McGill University in Economics and History.<\\\/p>\\n\"}]"
